- Michael K.I have been through various brands and have to say that the s001 are an amazing tyre, great grip and confidence, low noise and overall a great tyre. Completely transformed my car to a very drivable car now.Based on the following customer ranking: Value for money (5), Tread wear (5), Dry traction (5), Wet traction (5), Ride comfort (5), Low noise (5), Steering response (5)
- Adam F.Bought these tyres to replace my original re050a bridgestone. The tyres feel more grippy under hard acceleration but the cornering and ride not as good as the re050a. The tyres when cornering hard make a real whining noise as the re050a you could barely hear. Also i noticed the side walls are a lot stiffer so the ride is definitely harsher but running a lower pressure than my originals seems to help a bit still harsher though than re050a. These tyres are fitted on a fiesta st mk7 so anyone that has driven one knows the ride with original tyres was very poor anyway. Way too stiff for aussie roads so adding stiffer side wall tyres is not the best idea and probably wouldn't recommend for this vehicle.Based on the following customer ranking: Value for money (5), Tread wear (5), Dry traction (5), Wet traction (5), Ride comfort (4), Low noise (4), Steering response (4)
- DAMIEN H.TBH the tyres are decent enough, little disappointing on initial turn in with small amounts of understeer and doesn't mimic the same characteristics of the rear which is very neutral into power oversteer. That being said the buying experience was the poorest most laughable experience I've had to deal with in years. From Tyroola publishing false and misleading statements, customer service staff just making up reasons for it out of thin air - and each answer being different as well - to delivering me the wrong tyres and ruining plans on activities that were paid for an non-refundable. Then having a warehouse muppet say he'll deliver the correct tyres that evening and swap over the incorrect ones - who decided to not even bother to do so after agreeing so and ignoring all communications over that weekend. Courier was booked to pick up the incorrect tyres the following week but then lied about actually turning up as no one called through to the apartment to ask for collection. I was asked by Tyroola Staff to leave the incorrect tyres inside my apartment foyer for collection and advised I had done that as per their request. Courier once again never come to collect them. In the meantime they were collected by someone at sometime and I'm being blamed for it, although they were left at their request, notwithstanding if their warehouse staff did the job he said they would they would have been collected a week prior, and the courier who lied about arriving to collect the previous week and then didn't arrive when it was booked again for collection. You couldn't have paid me enough money to take tyres from this company ever again. The worst staff and the worst customer service ever if it could even be called that. If they decide to send me an invoice for the incorrect tyres I'll happily wipe my ass with it and send it backBased on the following customer ranking: Value for money (1), Tread wear (1), Dry traction (1), Wet traction (1), Ride comfort (1), Low noise (1), Steering response (1)
