In case you have to cancel your tyres order and the e-gift card was already issued to your email address, the e-gift card stays valid. However, in case there is any refund involved (irrespective of the reason for cancellation), the refund amount will be less the value of the e-gift card.

In case you have to cancel your tyres order and the e-gift card was not yet issued to your email address, then you will not receive the e-gift card. However, the refund amount will be calculated according to general cancellation and refund terms and conditions of Tyroola.
