- September 11th, 2016I have these R888s on my track car and wow what a tyre! The grip is phenomenal, allowing me to really push a lot closer to the limits of the chassis and chase lap times. They are not a road legal tyre and for very good reason, theyâre almost slicks! Theyâre not good in the wet but simply amazing in the dry. Superb tyre. They are very loud however, so much so that itâs not worth even trying to drive home from the track with them on. The performance must come at some cost to ride comfort and noise I guess. A really awesome tyre for dry track days!
- July 6th, 2016Top tyre for the track, top notch shit when it comes to grip. I run them on my BMW, they look mean and will happily grab them again soon as I am running thrmough pretty fast. Just DON'T trust them in the wet, but this is the same for any semi slick tyre.
